Monsalve rose to fame for her role as the lead female in the girl group Chikas in Venezuela as well as Tartara. She also sang at Latin Fiesta at the London Latin Fiesta Festival. The show she hosted on TV Alo RCTV, which aired in Caracas each day for almost one year, also became an enormous success.
